Application, governance and security are identical across tiers. They differ in headroom, DR model and the target RTO / RPO we operate to. Tier selection is reviewed annually against your business impact assessment.
Docker-based deployment on Linux; all platform components run inside your network, with outbound internet for usage metering only. The LLM layer runs as your in-house model via internal API, an air-gapped daappa-deployed LLM on a client GPU server, or an ML-only path with no LLM.
dIS is the model used for regulated institutional clients in the Middle East, EU and UK. Equivalent regimes in other jurisdictions are accommodated on the same architectural basis.
One externally audited management system covers both models — the difference is only which party operates which layer.
